Olena Kardash
My name is Olena Kardash. Through breathwork and transformational experiences, I create spaces for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and self-reconnection. I facilitate private, group, online, and immersive 9D Breathwork journeys designed to help individuals reconnect with themselves, move through emotional blocks, and step into deeper alignment, clarity, and expansion.
How does 9D work?
9D Breathwork opens pathway directly into the subconscious mind, the driver of 98%of all human behavior, skilfully transmuting internal blocks into sources of immense personal power, all the while working with the bodies innate intelligence to release trapped energy from the nervous system, creating a clean slate
Through a combination of Breath, sound, and guided visulization, the method induces a hypnotic state. It slows brainwave frequencies to allow for an inward journey where the subconscious becomes more receptive to change

I believe breath has the power to bring us back to ourselves.
My journey into breathwork and transformational facilitation began through a deep desire to understand the mind, the nervous system, emotional release, and the connection between the body, energy, and human potential. What started as personal exploration evolved into a profound calling to create spaces where others can reconnect with themselves in a safe, meaningful, and transformative way.
Over the past years, I have facilitated group and private 9D Breathwork journeys, collaborating within wellness and healing spaces that support emotional release, nervous system regulation, embodiment, and inner transformation. My work blends guided breathwork experiences with presence, intuition, emotional awareness, and a grounded approach to personal growth.
I believe transformation does not come from forcing or fixing ourselves, but from creating enough safety within the body to release what no longer serves us and reconnect with who we truly are underneath the noise, pressure, and survival patterns of everyday life.
Through Bravo Breath Collective, I offer immersive breathwork experiences, private sessions, group journeys, collaborative wellness events, and transformational programs designed to support emotional clarity, self-connection, expansion, and inner alignment.
